A Kwun Tong practice for recruitment funnel clarity

Portalhorizonhub exists to help Hong Kong talent teams agree on hiring stages, measure conversion honestly, and run weekly decisions from a shared funnel view.

Why we started

Talent leads kept showing us hiring packs where every chart told a different story. Stage names drifted between recruiters and managers. Source labels split the same channel four ways. Offers slipped while the room debated which report was “right.”

We formed Portalhorizonhub to sit between recruiting operations and leadership reporting — building recruitment funnel dashboards and hiring analytics that match how people actually move through your process in Hong Kong.

How we approach the work

We begin with conversations, not templates. Stage definitions come from the people who own screens, interviews, and offers. Charts follow those definitions. Facilitation, when you want it, keeps the weekly readout short and accountable.

We work from Modern Warehse, Kwun Tong District, Hong Kong, and travel to client offices across the territory when the engagement calls for an on-site funnel workshop.

Values we hold in client rooms

  • Shared definitions before shared charts
  • Numbers that a recruiter can explain without apology
  • Finite engagements with a clear end, not open-ended retainers by default
  • Respect for candidate privacy when handling applicant extracts
