Refund and cancellation policy

Scope

This policy covers fees paid to Portalhorizonhub for professional engagements such as recruitment funnel dashboard commissions, hiring analytics health checks, source mix studies, and facilitation blocks. It does not cover third-party software licences, advertising spend, or tools we do not sell.

Refund eligibility

If we cancel an engagement before work starts for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund of fees paid for that engagement. If you cancel more than ten business days before the agreed start date, we refund fees paid minus any non-refundable deposit stated in your engagement letter.

Timeframe for requests

Refund requests should be emailed to info@portalhorizonhub.click within fourteen days of the event that triggers eligibility (cancellation confirmation or our notice of inability to deliver).

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds apply when no substantive work has begun. Partial refunds apply when discovery or build work has started: we invoice for completed stages and refund the unused remainder. Completed stages are defined in the engagement letter (for example intake complete, funnel map delivered, dashboard draft delivered).

Non-refundable items

• Deposits marked non-refundable in the engagement letter once the start date is inside ten business days
• Fees for facilitation sessions already delivered
• Costs for materials or room bookings purchased at your written request

Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval. We confirm the amount and method by email.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a workshop or facilitation block once without penalty if you give at least five business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 15% of the affected session fee. Repeated no-shows for booked sessions may forfeit that session’s fee.

Work already started

Once funnel mapping or dashboard build has begun, cancellation converts remaining unused fees into a credit usable within three months for related Portalhorizonhub work, unless you request a partial cash refund under the rules above.
