How we work

From intake call to a funnel your team can defend

Every engagement follows a clear path so talent leads know what happens each week — discovery, definition, build, and handover.

  1. Intake

We confirm role families, tools, and the decision the funnel must support. You receive a short scope note before work begins.

  2. Funnel mapping

Recruiters and hiring managers name each stage and its owner. We reconcile that map with what the ATS actually records.

  3. Build and challenge

Draft recruitment funnel dashboards and hiring analytics views go through one challenge session with your talent lead before polish.

  4. Handover

We walk the first live readout, leave an operating note, and optionally stay for a facilitation block if you want coached stand-ups.

What you prepare

Export access for the historical window, a nominated talent point of contact, and calendar space for one mapping workshop. If Traditional Chinese stage labels are required for store managers, tell us during intake.

Where work happens

Discovery can be on-site in Hong Kong or remote. Builds happen from our Kwun Tong base. Facilitation follows your preferred cadence during Hong Kong business hours.

Do we need a specific BI tool?

No. We work with the spreadsheet or BI environment your team already trusts, provided it can hold the funnel measures we agree.

Can you start mid-hiring surge?

Yes, with a tighter historical window and a narrower role set. We will say plainly if the surge makes a full commission unrealistic in your timeline.

What if our ATS data is incomplete?

The health check engagement is usually the right first step. We document gaps before investing in a full dashboard commission.
