Enquiries submitted through the contact form are invitations to discuss a possible engagement; they do not create a binding contract until both parties sign a separate scope or letter of engagement.

Services described on this site

Descriptions of recruitment funnel dashboard commissions, hiring analytics reviews, and related engagements are informational. Fees, timelines, and deliverables are confirmed only in a written scope for your organisation.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, layout, and original graphics, belongs to Portalhorizonhub or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. Client-owned data shared during an engagement remains the client’s property; dashboard templates we create for a client are licensed for that client’s internal use as stated in the engagement letter.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site by attempting to disrupt its operation, scrape content at scale, submit malicious or deceptive form content, or use the site to infringe others’ rights.

Disclaimer

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that hiring analytics examples will apply unchanged to your organisation. Professional advice for your specific hiring process is given only under an agreed engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Portalhorizonhub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For paid engagements, liability is limited as set out in the signed engagement letter.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or use of the site, subject to any different dispute clause in a signed engagement letter.
